When your assignment ends, there is a good chance that your connection with Air Products will continue. Many of our former student employees join the Air Product’s team full-time by joining one of our Career Development Programs. You could also join us for another internship to learn even more. Current Secondary and Two-Year Post-Secondary School Students: Career and Technical Internship Program (U.S. only)
At selected plant locations in the United States, Air Products has a program for secondary and two-year post-secondary school students who are pursuing programs, certifications and degrees in Welding, Process Technology, Automation and Pre-Engineering. As a member of this program, you will gain real world experience in line with your course of study. You will work alongside our experienced employees doing meaningful work and learning about our operations, products and processes. In addition, you will participate in safety and other related training and have opportunities to shadow other employees to learn more about the work that goes on in our plants.
Many of our prior interns channel this experience into full-time employment with Air Products.
